Purchase Terms of Agreement

The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

 Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all digital product purchases made on www.itsamagicaldaydesigns.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

Physical Products Refund Policy

The purchase of physical goods such as clothing or housewares is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

 All physical products purchases made on www.itsamagicaldaydesigns.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since each product is custom made for the seller at the time of order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

 Damages and Issues

 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is any damage during shipment, we’re happy to offer a refund.

You can get reshipment or return 100% when the mistake belongs to our production partners such as manufacturing errors or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition.

We have a 10-day return policy for damaged or defective items, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

We do not require customers to return any items. Photo evidence will be sufficient for more discussion.
